2 Ritz pie crusts (not deep-dish)
1 Libby's canned pumpkin pie mix (one can is enough for two regular sized pies)
Follow Libby's directions on the back of the pumpkin mix can
I think that's a pretty standard way to do the pumpkin pies anymore. Libby's is the way to go! But one thing my mom does to make the crust a teeny bit more yummy is add some cinnamon and sugar to the outside. You know those bits that most people don't eat because there isn't any creamy pumpkin pie attached? Yeah. Most of us ate ours because it really made it into it's own little dessert!
